Limited Warranty

All American Scoreboards manufactured by Everbrite, Inc., are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five years from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified. Breakage of lamps, fuses, or other materials are not covered by this warranty. Optional radio control (or wireless) transceivers carry the original manufacturer’s one year warranty.

Everbrite’s obligation hereunder is limited to replacement parts only. If a particular product is found to be inoperative or defective, a return authorization for the defective part(s) MUST be obtained from the Customer Service Department (800)356-8146 prior to returning shipment. All items are to be returned prepaid.

This guarantee is void in case of negligent use or misuse, repair, alteration, disassembly by unauthorized personnel, operation by improper voltage or current, or use contrary to instructions.

This warranty does not cover loss or damage due to accidents involving the product, acts of criminal aggression, other property disasters, or acts of God.

Damages while in transit are the responsibility of the freight carrier. Customer is responsible for inspecting product(s) upon delivery before accepting shipment. Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier by the customer within 15 days of receipt of shipment. All damaged products must be returned prepaid.

Except for those warranties specifically and expressly set forth above, seller disclaims any and all warranties expressed, implied or statutory, including but not limited to, all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

How State Law Applies – This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

CAUTION! Any unauthorized changes or modifications to this unit without our prior written approval will void the user’s warranty and will transfer health and safety obligations to the user

CAUTION! Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment

This warranty does not apply if it is found that at any time the equipment has not been used for its intended purpose. NOTE: Please ask your dealer, distributor or sales representative for details.
